Sustainability Criteria 

  • The project sits on a 20,000 m² site, of which only 6% (1,200 m²) will be developed, leaving the remaining 94% preserved in its natural state.
  • The residences are elevated 1.5 meters above the ground. This provides two key benefits: enhanced natural ventilation by capturing prevailing breezes and allowing air to circulate beneath the structures, helping cool the interiors naturally; and reduced impact on the land while protecting local wildlife and insects that inhabit the area.
  • The project operates with a photovoltaic solar energy system connected to a battery storage network, ensuring reliable energy supply for the villas.
  • There are no perimeter walls or fences. The surrounding jungle serves as a natural buffer, allowing wildlife to move freely throughout the ecosystem.
  • Advanced wastewater treatment system: the first stage uses a biological treatment process combined with BBR (Bed Biofilm Reactor) technology. This is followed by an extended aeration phase designed to further oxygenate and purify the water after the anaerobic treatment process.
  • Low-impact handcrafted construction: no heavy machinery is allowed on the site, helping preserve the existing vegetation throughout the construction process.
  • Preservation of the site's natural topography, maintaining the land's original contours and natural water permeability.
