“This project presents an interesting intersection between modern architecture focused on spaciousness and natural light,

and its integration within a natural environment to create a space centered on the holistic well-being of its residents.

I had the pleasure of having a long conversation with one of the developers to better understand their vision,

and I was able to perceive a genuine interest in creating a project that truly stands apart from everything else in Tulum.

Because of the characteristics and scale of the spaces this project proposes, I

envision it more for people who actually plan to live in these units temporarily or permanently,

rather than for someone solely focused on renting them out.

Another distinctive aspect is that it offers a variety of typologies —

from 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments to 4 and 5-bedroom homes —

allowing it to appeal to a broad range of lifestyles and needs.”
