OVERVIEW: This project was born of a dream to create a space that paid homage to the mayan culture and broke from the trend that permeates Tulum of cluttered, invasive urban development. The aim with this project is to leave a maximum amount of greenery untouched in order to provide residents with the ultimate amenity: Nature

12 Luxury Homes (4 or 5 bedrooms), inspired by Mayan archeological ruins, following a pyramidal structure, with each floor offering ample terraces where one can enjoy distinct views of the jungle.

SUSTAINABILITY

* Strict low density construction practices / preservation of native vegetation (I.E., Maximum 12-15 houses per hectare) 

* More than 70% of the land being preserved

* Installation of water treatment plants

* Efficient use of walls and windows to lower indoor temperature and minimize energy consumption

* Strict waste management protocols and monitoring of residual water treatment
