* This project preserves the largest number of existing trees on the land (57% of green areas distributed between private and common)
* Comprehensive ecological management of wasterwater through the use of composting toilets and wetlands that constitute planters with a variety of ornamental plants and fruit trees distributed in the green areas of the complex

* The houses are projected on three levels, raising 80 cm from the ground level to not affect the existing trees
* Each house has its own spacious garden, pool and two terraces
